Progressive Campaign Job Opportunities – Nationwide!

Right now our country is at a crossroads as we approach the upcoming Presidential election.  After the 2010 election, Tea Party candidates won seats in the House and Senate and as we look towards 2012 these candidates are looking to increase their majority in Congress and win the Presidency.  They support policies that advocate for rolling back women’s reproductive rights, dismantling environmental protections and withholding civil liberties to specific groups of people.

This world view is shaping our national dialogue.  In order to see change on these issues, Grassroots Campaigns is raising awareness and building the membership of groups like the American Civil Liberties Union, Oxfam America, Equality California, Planned Parenthood Federation of America and other progressive and humanitarian organizations.

As we move closer to the election their will also be opportunities to participate in ballot initiatives, national voter registration campaigns, and get out the vote work. In order to push forward this progressive agenda, we need to focus on building public support for these different causes and work towards electing better candidates.

Grassroots Campaigns is looking to interview top students to join our teams as Assistant Canvass Directors!  There is no better time get involved and shape the next generation of activists that will take this country in a more progressive direction and see change on issues that matter now.
