SFCG on Race is seeking an intern to support the work of developing projects within the program. SFCG on Race, or “The One America Project,” is a new initiative designed to inspire racial healing and reconciliation throughout the USA. The long term goal of SFCG on Race is to heal racism in the United States at the interpersonal, cultural, and institutional levels. We will do this by taking a common ground approach to heal the impact of racism in our society in ways such as providing training to leaders, organizing gatherings, catalyzing constructive dialogues, highlighting existing efforts, and developing creative, new programming. Social and Gender Assessment Reporting Analyst (54068)

The SGA team is seeking an entry‐level analyst on a consultancy basis to support the team in its country technical support and compact‐related work, including but not limited to, knowledge management, research, report writing, outreach and communication efforts, and other tasks to improve capacity among our country counterparts. Qualifications Educational Requirements and Technical Capability · A Bachelor’s degree in, sociology, anthropology, international affairs, communications, or relevant field. · Knowledge of and experience with database management and MS applications (Word, Excel, o Dbase, Power Point and MS Project), required. Familiarity with SharePoint software a plus. · Social and/or gender assessment background a plus, but not required. · Strong research and analytical skills. · Experience compiling and writing reports. · Strong communication skills.
