Young Playwrights' Theater Internship

Young Playwrights' Theater (YPT) seeks interns for summer 2013 as well as school year 2013-2014. YPT offers professional internships in Arts Education, Theatrical Production, Fundraising/Development, Marketing/Communications and Arts Administration/Management. Internships are available in semester, year-long, or summer units. Interns are treated as temporary staff members and are contracted for approximately 15 to 30 hours per week, depending on availability, in exchange for either course credit or a small stipend.

Working with YPT is a great way to learn about all aspects of running a small nonprofit theater and to gain hands-on experience in arts education and administration. No housing or transportation is provided.
