University of Maryland's Fall 2018 Intern for a Day host registration is now open!

Intern for a Day, through the University of Maryland University Career Center & The President's Promise, connects current UMD students with alumni, parents, employers, and community members for short-term job shadowing opportunities to explore potential career fields.

The time commitment for this voluntary job shadowing experience will be determined between you and the student. We welcome the opportunity for you to host more than one student! Students and hosts will be matched by a University of Maryland committee in late October. More instructions on the process will be provided when you register as a host.
