Check out the TerpsVote page for resources to get the information you need!  More Info on Terps Vote Ignite Your Inner Leader Maryland LEAD Facilitators deliver leadership development content during programs such as Terrapin Leadership Institute and Maryland Leadership Conference. Lauren Moyer, a Junior studying Bioengineering and German, shared the following about her experience as a facilitator: "As a participant in MLEAD programs, I learned a lot about my personal leadership style, but as a facilitator, I can put all of what I learned into action and help others achieve their leadership potential. The most rewarding part about being a facilitator is when participants share their major takeaways. Being part of the MLEAD family has been a blessing as they support me and help me grow into a more socially-responsible leader."  Applications for Spring 2019 facilitators are open through Wednesday, November 7th.  Apply Today Upcoming Opportunities Serve the Community Family Services, Inc. -  Provides mental health and social support services that encourage growth in our clients, change their lives for the better, and enrich the local community. The Fishing School - Provides mentoring, tutoring, and math & reading after-school and summer programs.
