Opportunities with Google!

BOLD Discovery - For Current Freshmen
The Google BOLD Discovery application is now live! Building Opportunities for Leadership and Development (BOLD) Discovery is a two-day interactive conference at Google New York that provides first-year students who are traditionally underrepresented in technology an introduction to our organizational structure, business operations and culture. The program will take place from June 19-21. Students can learn more about the program and apply here. The deadline to apply is Sunday, March 16 at 11:59 PT.

Google AdCamp - For Current Juniors
The Google AdCamp application is now live! AdCamp is a three-day program taking place in late August and is open to current third-year undergrads interested in online advertising. The program offers a collaborative curriculum focused on Google's advertising sales and services operations, an overview of Google's ad products and insight into the industry. American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity (ACCE)
is now accepting paid internship applications for Summer 2014. The top 2014 African-American, Minority and Diversity Internship Programs

The New Year is here and many companies and organizations are already accepting applications for their upcoming summer, fall, and winter internship programs.  Here is a list of the top 2014 internship programs for African Americans. 



The Śramani Institute is a nonprofit organization with registered chapters in the United States, Canada, and Bhārat (India). The mission of the Śramani Institute is to realize the inter-connected wellbeing of all human beings, especially those marginalized, within the context of their local ecologies and cultures, as well as the global economy. 

In the Spring 2014 semester, we are focusing on three projects having global impact and that draw from one or more of the following Śramani Institute initiatives: (1) Justice in Laws & Policies Governing Innovation & Creativity; (2) Origins of Knowledge & Science; (3) Wellbeing of Girls & Women; (4) Diversity in Language, Culture, and Knowledge; and (5) Artistic creations that aesthetically manifest expressions and contemplations of living.
